External videos
Video players connect to YouTube or Vimeo after you choose to load them; the provider may process playback and device data. Other video links open external sites with their own privacy settings.
Email activation and lesson calendars
Name/email registration uses one-time verification links that expire after 20 minutes. We also store teaching skills. Visitors can view availability that tutors publish. Learner names, subjects, times, status, and parent notes for a booking are shared only with its tutor and requesting account. Tutor private notes are not shared with parents.
Contact and data deletion
For access to your account information, corrections, or account deletion requests, email support@hktutorpro.com from the email address you use to sign in.
What we store
When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image URL. You can create a tutor profile and choose whether to publish it.
Public profiles and contact details
Published tutor profiles are visible to visitors and search engines. WhatsApp, phone, and Instagram details are displayed only during an active Pro subscription. Your sign-in email is not included in your public profile.
Conversations and email
We store enquiries and replies and restrict each account to its own conversations. Notification emails contain a link back to the conversation; recipients must still sign in. When email delivery is enabled, the email provider processes recipients’ email addresses.
Your profile controls
You can edit your information, remove contact details, or unpublish your profile in My tutor profile. Sign-in uses essential session cookies. This version does not include advertising trackers.
